Janet’s previous career was as a lawyer working in aging and long-term care policy. She loves living in Bethesda, partially because residents are both globally conscious and locally active. Janet’s mission with opening Clove & Cedar is to not only offer a welcoming community spot but also to shine a spotlight on small local businesses and organizations, emphasizing the shop’s vision of “local supporting local.”
Abhi Setlur - Director of Operations
Since growing up in Bethesda, Abhi’s favorite part of Clove & Cedar Coffeebar is the sense of community built in and around the bar. After managing local Bethesda businesses, she says the best part about them is getting to know people on a personal level. Her perfect day starts with a cold brew and ends with guacamole from down the street. Be sure to say hello the next time you stop in!
